Q. How to place an order?
A. To begin, you must make an account so that you can have access to the members' login area. Once you are in the members' area, you can place, track and view all your favourite items displayed on the website.

Q. How do I check the status of my order?
A. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on superbazaar.in. Click on the ‘My Account’ tab and then click on ‘My Orders’. You will be able to see the status of your order there. You will also receive emails whenever we update your order status, so please make sure to check them regularly.

Q. How will I know that you have received my order?
A. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order with your order number. You can use this number to track the progress of your order through our website.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. We take 5-6 business days (for Indian orders) & 10-15 business days (for International orders) for processing your order. We will inform you immediately via email if we require more time for processing a particular item.

Q. What products can I expect to find at SuperBazaar.in?
A. We're obsessed with the ethnic wear catalogue collection! From designer sarees to salwar suits with vibrant colours, patterns, and styles, we carry everything from traditional kurtis to mesmerizing bridal wear lehenga choli. Our world-famous Surat sarees are a must-have in your ethnic wardrobe.

Q. I am interested in buying a product/catalogue, but I live in another country. Are the shipping charges different depending on where I live?
A. We can ship your order to any country in the world, however, it may cost more to ship to some countries than others. To find out how much it will cost to ship your order to your country, just add the item you want to your shopping cart and then proceed to the checkout page.

Q. How does the product get to my address?
A. We work with DHL, DTDC, FedEx and UPS to get your order delivered from our warehouse to you.

Q. Are there any duties and taxes that I have to pay when receiving my order?
A. Some countries will charge import duty, sales tax or other fees on the delivery of your order. These charges are in addition to any shipping charges you pay and must be borne by you. Your local authorities may charge you duties on the goods you receive at customs.

Q. Can I trust you with my credit card number/bank account details?
A. All credit card and other payment details are safely processed through the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. This ensures that all information is encrypted before being transmitted.

Q. What items are eligible for return or exchange?
A. We accept return/exchange for the following:

  • A completely different product is shipped from SuperBazaar than the one that is ordered.
  • The product you ordered from SuperBazaar is not the same size as the one we shipped to you.
  • The product ordered was the wrong size. The customer will have to pay for return shipping.
  • Make sure the product is unused and unworn.
  • Please make sure to order the proper size and no customizations or alterations. Stitched products are not eligible for returns/exchange.

Q. Do I get a refund if I return the item?
A. The refund process can differ from one case to another. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis by our sales & operations department.

Q. What happens if a product is out of stock?
A. If the product is out of stock and you try to order it, the website will not let you do so. However, if you place an order and the item sells out after your payment has been processed, the amount paid will be refunded to you, or you may choose an alternative product for the same.
